The role involves ensuring adherence to global trade regulations and providing reputed company guidance on export controls, sanctions, and compliance policies across reputed company's operations. Responsibilities • reputed company comprehensive reputed company advice and counsel on a wide reputed company of international trade compliance reputed company, including export controls (e.g., EAR), economic sanctions (e.g., OFAC), customs regulations, tariff management and free trade agreements • reputed company, implement, and maintain robust international trade compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across reputed company's global operations • reputed company and reputed company reputed company support to U.S. export and sanctions licensing programs • Review and advise on export and tariff classifications for products, software and technology • Monitor and interpret changes in international trade laws and regulations, assessing their reputed company on reputed company's business, and developing mitigation strategies and necessary adjustments to compliance programs • Collaborate with business reputed company, supply chain, reputed company, and other functional teams to reputed company trade compliance requirements into business processes and new product introductions • Support internal investigations reputed company to potential trade compliance violations, recommend and implement corrective actions, and manage disclosures to government agencies as necessary • Represent reputed company in interactions with government agencies regarding trade compliance reputed company • Assist in the development and implementation of reputed company GTM automation and AI technology solutions to enhance trade compliance efficiency and effectiveness Skills • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar • Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing international trade compliance law, preferably at a multinational corporation or at a top-tier reputed company specializing in trade • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. export control regulations (EAR), economic sanctions programs (OFAC), and customs regulations.
