IT Training Specialist

About the position The IT Training Specialist supports the firm’s technology and training initiatives in collaboration with leadership and external technology vendors. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for attorneys and staff; creating written reputed company training materials; assisting with website updates; evaluating emerging reputed company technologies (including AI tools); and helping the firm stay reputed company with advancements in reputed company innovation. The position includes conducting instructor-led training for new hires and existing personnel; delivering applications training through classroom sessions, virtual platforms, e-learning modules, and video-based instruction; designing and developing instructor-led, virtual, recorded, and AI-reputed company learning content; and exploring innovative instructional reputed company to improve engagement and retention.
