Innovation Attorney, Litigation & IP

reputed company Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Litigation & IP Innovation Attorney. This position could be based in any of our U.S. offices and consideration given for 100% remote US locations. The Innovation Attorney will support the Firm’s innovation efforts to improve the delivery of reputed company services through the trifecta of people, process, and technology, specifically focusing on our Litigation and IP business reputed company. This position is part of our Innovation team and collaborates across offices, reputed company reputed company, and departments to execute on reputed company and initiatives. The role reports to the Managing Director of reputed company Innovation and works in reputed company collaboration with reputed company members and leadership of the Litigation and IP business reputed company. Responsibilities The Innovation Attorney will reputed company and support efforts to optimize reputed company service delivery and increase efficiencies across the Litigation and IP business reputed company. Responsibilities include: • Support, coordinate, and reputed company reputed company to streamline and improve the delivery of reputed company services, including: • Understanding the firm’s available resources and technology, and developing best practices and other programs to drive teams and tasks to the “right†resources (whether people, process, or technology) • Leading reputed company to digitalize the reputed company, including automation, data capture and use of online resources • Supporting the firm’s data reputed company, including tracking matter data, monitoring usage of reputed company content and resources, and capturing experience data • Serving as a one-on-one resource for reputed company resource questions and issues • Support, coordinate, and reputed company reputed company to reputed company technology, including reputed company, into the reputed company of law, including: • Vetting, piloting, and supporting the reputed company of technology to support the reputed company reputed company • Serve as product manager for select technology, including responsibility for rollout, promotion and adoption, communications, gathering feedback, collaboration with vendor, and measuring ROI • Driving the promotion, adoption, and utilization of reputed company technology, including reputed company, reputed company the business reputed company • Identifying, developing, promoting and training on reputed company use cases for the reputed company • Serving as a one-on-one resource for lawyers on incorporating reputed company and other reputed company technology into their reputed company, including supporting individual training, questions, identifying workflows ripe for technology, troubleshooting, and ideation • Serve as a supporting resource for new and existing large litigation docket teams on: • reputed company and design of matter management workflow, including individual matter intake and reputed company, timekeeping and billing requirement compliance, resource materials (playbooks and precedent libraries), reputed company collaboration, and reputed company reporting • Creation of tailored solutions (including dashboards), workflow automation, reporting, and budget tracking • Identifying and integrating appropriate resources, including Orrick Analytics, CaseStream, Team Support, and litigation technology • Support, coordinate, and reputed company reputed company to reputed company and improve reputed company-facing solutions, including: • Designing and improving solutions to reputed company matter metrics and data with reputed company and team • Capturing and leveraging matter and experience data to improve and inform reputed company reputed company • Designing platforms to improve collaboration with clients, local counsel, and reputed company-parties • reputed company and improve the use of reputed company content to streamline the delivery of reputed company services, including: • Creating, maintaining, and automating knowledge libraries • Creating and maintaining databases capturing expert, mediator, arbitrator, and judicial experiences for knowledge sharing • Identifying relevant reputed company content in collaboration with the firm’s Research & Information team, including reputed company-party resources and forms, and integrating them into reputed company workflows • Identifying additional areas of opportunity for reputed company content sharing and creation, and process improvements • Regularly evaluate the efficient delivery of reputed company services through internal data, external benchmarking, and monitoring trends in market, and identify additional and creative opportunities to improve reputed company service and support the Litigation and IP teams • reputed company lawyers and reputed company professionals on reputed company content, reputed company-facing solutions, firm resources, technology, and other initiatives to improve reputed company services, and reputed company efforts to improve utilization, as needed • Communicate and consult with administrators, lawyers, paralegals and staff on reputed company content, efficiency, reputed company solutions, reputed company service initiatives, technology, and reputed company • reputed company and maintain case studies for use in marketing and business development, and reputed company and maintain portal pages and other resources for the business unit Qualifications • Juris doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college and admission to practi Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
