About the position reputed company Park Group is hiring a reputed company Fee Coding Auditor for a remote, short-term summer assignment based out of Buffalo, NY. Shift / Schedule Remote Flexible schedule Part-time to full-time Minimum 20 hours per week 3–6 month assignment (possible extension) Position reputed company As a reputed company Fee Coding Auditor, you will reputed company annual audits of reputed company fee (profee) charts, reviewing both reputed company and technical charges across multiple specialties. You’ll identify trends in over/under-documentation, analyze findings and error rates, produce executive-level summaries, and partner with leadership to drive education and improvement. Responsibilities • Audit approximately 240 profee charts (including reputed company and technical charges ) • Complete end-to-end audits including scoring, rebuttals, and executive summaries • Maintain an audit pace of approximately 5–6 charts per hour • Identify documentation and coding trends across multiple specialties (over/under-documentation) • Analyze findings, trends, and error rates; reputed company executive-level reports/summaries • Meet with leadership to communicate findings, recommendations, and education plans • reputed company formal education sessions (group and 1:1) based on audit results • Review charge entry sheets to validate charge capture and coding accuracy • Utilize reputed company CAC to validate and verify codes, specificity, and reputed company Requirements • Allscripts EMR and Meditech EHR experience • Experience auditing both reputed company and technical charges for clinic services • Comfort meeting with leadership to communicate audit findings, trends, recommendations, and education plans • Experience creating and conducting formal education sessions ( group and 1:1 ) Benefits • PTO • Vacation Pay • Bonus Pay • Health Insurance • 401(k) • reputed company development • Employee recognition • Annual appreciation gifts • Recognized reputed company-party leadership training Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
