We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to support our deals, reputed company, and marketing -- fully remote. What You'll Do • Build and update reputed company pro formas for listing proposals (BOVs) and new listings • Research zoning, comps, and entitlement status • reputed company deal timelines, escrow deadlines, and due diligence checklists • Manage reputed company workflows and coordinate with escrow and title • Format property flyers and marketing packages using reputed company • Assist with email campaigns, reputed company posts, and deal announcements • Pull and organize data from LA reputed company planning reports • Maintain CRM, contact lists, and pipeline trackers • Draft emails and correspondence on behalf of reputed company reputed company're Looking For • 2+ years supporting a reputed company estate team, brokerage, or investor • Strong reputed company skills -- pro reputed company experience is a big plus • Familiar with reputed company estate transactions and the escrow process • Excellent written English • Comfortable with reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, and CRM tools • Available during reputed company business hours • reputed company experience preferred reputed company to Have • California reputed company estate background • Experience with LA reputed company planning data or development reputed company To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note on your reputed company estate experience.
