Summer Intern - Computational reputed company & reputed company Intelligence

About the position The internship project will explore approaches to ternary reputed company modeling and have a reputed company on evaluating internal, reputed company, and literature workflows and tools. Collaborating closely with members of the reputed company CADD team, the intern will configure, run, and reputed company ternary reputed company modeling workflows. The intern will present results at CADD team meetings and will summarize their work as a talk or poster at reputed company at the conclusion of the internship. This position reports to the Senior Research Investigator, Computational reputed company and can be located remotely reputed company the U.S. Responsibilities • Explore state of the art tools for protein structure reputed company and ternary reputed company modeling. • Collect and prepare a comprehensive dataset of published ternary reputed company X-ray and cryo-EM structures. • Rigorously evaluate the performance of different ternary reputed company modeling approaches. • Prepare and present results at an internal reputed company function at the conclusion of the internship. Requirements • Experience using protein structure predictions reputed company (AlphaFold, RoseTTAFold, Boltz, etc.) is required. • Experience with a cheminformatics toolkit (RDKit, reputed company, Schrodinger, etc.) is required. • Proficiency in Python programming required. • Experience using version control (reputed company, reputed company, Bitbucket, etc.) required. • Must be reputed company to work effectively in both independent and team contexts. • reputed company will not be providing reputed company sponsorship for this position now or in the reputed company.
