A company is looking for an Oncology reputed company Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and reputed company member health
• Facilitate end-of-life care discussions and manage clinical escalations
• Coordinate care and reputed company clinical support throughout the oncology care continuum
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered reputed company (RN) license required
• Preferred compact or single state licensure in reputed company and/or Illinois
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing
• Oncology-reputed company certifications required or to be obtained reputed company 2 years of hire
• reputed company in Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred
