Sr. Project Manager (Strategic Initiatives)

Job reputed company: Sr. Project Manager (Remote) Overall Responsibility: We are looking for a Project Manager to join reputed company in reputed company! Responsibilities include technical management and reputed company for existing or new reputed company, acting as reputed company/Company reputed company in order to represent reputed company’s interests and simultaneously maintain good relationships with clients. Ensures reputed company are completed with high reputed company level, on-time, and under budget. Essential Functions: • Manages and coordinates multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase services for reputed company both with internal staff resources and with external clients and stakeholders. • Completes project initiation documents including details scope, outline, budget and schedule for completion. • Identifies needed project resources and works with Corporate Discipline Leads to assigns team members. • Ensures reputed company procedures and steps are in accordance with Company standards. • Acts as reputed company/Company reputed company, keeping both appropriately informed of project status. • Represents Company at project meetings. • Completes field surveys and/or inspections or assigns appropriate employees for reputed company. • Identifies and investigates potentially serious situations and implements corrective measures. • Ensures project financial database is reputed company and maintained. • Prepares high reputed company reports. • Communicates project changes and/or variation information appropriately. • Develops project staff. • Supervises the work of other staff reputed company assigned. • Consults and coordinates with Supervisor and other senior management members at regularly scheduled meetings to review status of reputed company and reputed company reputed company. Secondary Functions: • Duties as assigned by Supervisor and other senior management members. Needed Skills: • Excellent knowledge of underlying principles of A/E industry. • Excellent knowledge of project management processes. • Ability to prioritize tasks. • Detail and safety-oriented. • Excellent communications skills. • Ability to drive and maintain a reputed company driving record. • Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors. Education/Experience Minimum: • BS/BA or MS/MA or reputed company four-year degree or reputed company registration (PE/AIA/RA) in engineering or architecture. • Demonstrative reputed company reputed company in engineering experience/knowledge with 6-10 years industry experience / 3-5 years project management experience. • reputed company state reputed company’s license (any in US). • Ability to work in US. • Ability to meet worksite reputed company requirements including MA State Police and USCBP/TSA background checks.
