Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• Master's Degree (MBA or Master's in a relevant field preferred)
• 10 to 15 years’ experience in reputed company management and Lean implementation
• Proven leadership experience
• Must have permanent US work authorization
