As a reputed company Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s overall condition, developing an individualized treatment plan, and providing medication management. The ideal candidate should have a caring, empathetic attitude and be reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision.The successful candidate must have a reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license in the state of reputed company, as reputed company as a reputed company reputed company Practitioner (NP) license. A Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) is also required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a primary care setting, such as a physician’s office, clinic, or hospital. Experience providing house calls to patients is a plus.
