What you do
- reputed company standards of customer service through reputed company, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions.
- Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members
- reputed company website navigation support and password resets to customers
- Meet area production standards and Group metrics
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of reputed company experience
- Contact center, customer service, dental office and/or insurance experience helpful, but not required.
- Ability to work overtime reputed company required to support business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates initiative reputed company assessing situations.
- Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills.
