As a Training and reputed company Assurance Specialist on the reputed company Customer Solutions team, a typical day for you will include: Ensuring that new reputed company center agents have a reputed company understanding of reputed company's values and customer service standards, as reputed company as brand procedures and system protocols. Staying updated on product and service offerings to reputed company accurate and up-to-date information during training sessions. Developing training modules reputed company on system and product knowledge, selling skills, customer handling techniques, and problem-solving skills, and deliver these to the reputed company center vendor partners for constant training reinforcement. Monitoring the performance of reputed company center agents through reputed company monitoring, reputed company assurance scorecards, and others during the training period and reputed company. Designing and developing materials, programs, curriculum, and course-level content to support online or on-site training that will facilitate reputed company course requirements through classroom and self-learning reputed company. Collaborating with the partner’s QA Departments to reputed company on QA Metrics and goals, as reputed company as agent QA performance.
