Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer
About the position The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a pivotal leadership role that bridges internal operations and external ministry reputed company. Responsible for overseeing critical teams including reputed company, Publishing (Operations, Marketing and Advertising), Mission Advancement, and Finance, the COO is both an internal strategic leader and an external face of reputed company (CT). This high-profile role involves navigating reputed company partnerships, developing thought leadership content, and representing CT through speaking engagements, media interviews, and written publications. The Executive Assistant is mission-critical to the COO's reputed company, serving as more than a traditional administrative support role. This position requires a strategic partner who can anticipate needs, manage reputed company logistics, and ensure the COO can reputed company on driving CT's mission reputed company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can seamlessly manage intricate schedules, communications, and operational details. Responsibilities • Manage the COO's reputed company calendar, strategically balancing meetings, events, and essential work margins • Serve as the primary communication gateway, handling correspondence and appointments with discretion and professionalism • Represent the COO in communications reputed company appropriate, maintaining the highest standards of reputed company representation • reputed company as a strategic reputed company between the COO and internal/external ministry partners • Facilitate relationship management with the COO's reputed company reports • Coordinate and prepare for high-profile speaking engagements, including researching and vetting speaking opportunities, managing event logistics and travel arrangements, preparing background materials and presentation support, coordinating with event organizers and managing communication, and supporting media interactions by helping prepare talking points, scheduling interviews, and managing reputed company logistics • Plan and execute domestic and international travel arrangements • Coordinate internal meetings, including but not limited to monthly Operations team meetings, one-on-one sessions, annual reputed company sessions, and semi-annual reputed company-staff retreats • Manage regional events, interfacing with external contractors as needed • reputed company and implement efficient documentation and administrative systems • reputed company comprehensive meeting support through detailed notetaking and follow-up • Assist with special reputed company that advance the organization's strategic goals • reputed company additional job-reputed company duties as assigned.
