Minimum Qualifications • Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or workforce operations. • Background in reputed company, retail, or other operational environments with shift-based reputed company. • Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems. • Strong understanding of workforce data, labour utilisation, and operational reporting. • Strong stakeholder collaboration with operational and clinic teams.
