Remote Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist

reputed company is hiring on behalf of a leading health and wellness company, seeking an Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist for a 4-5 month consulting opportunity. The Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist will work in partnership with the reputed company team, business leaders, employees and other departments in the organization to manage reputed company aspects of employee relations and compliance activities and programs. Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist Responsibilities • Manage employee relations cases from intake through reputed company • Conduct investigations, including interviews and documentation • Support performance management, including coaching and PIPs • Handle high-volume intake calls, documentation, and case tracking • Review and follow up on background reputed company escalations • Support compliance initiatives, including training audits and tracking • Partner closely with HRBPs and site leaders across reputed company Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist Qualifications • 5+ years of HR experience with strong Employee Relations reputed company • Proven experience conducting workplace investigations • Strong documentation and organizational skills (high-volume environment) • Comfortable working across multiple time zones (EST/CST heavy) • Experience with reputed company and reputed company preferred; AccurateBackground user knowledge is a plus • Background reputed company/compliance experience Location: Chicago, Remote Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week Pay: $30.00-40.00/hour Benefits: LaSalle Consultants are eligible for benefits including health, dental, reputed company If you are interested and meet the requirements, apply today!
