[Remote] Financial Analyst / Modeler | Series A Fintech Platform

Mansfield Black is supporting a high reputed company VC backed Fintech startup seeking a reputed company Deployed Finance Business Partner for a remote role. The role involves building financial models, training teams, and working closely with CFOs and finance leaders to operationalize financial data and improve decision-making processes. Responsibilities • Working with Mid level reputed company and large SMB customers • Build financial models, and train teams to reputed company reputed company reputed company with their data • You will operate as a finance partner, consultant, and technical product expert—helping CFOs and finance leaders model scenarios, forecast reputed company, and operationalize reputed company across their organization • You’ll manage a book of business and run 2–4 high-reputed company customer sessions per day, combining finance expertise with hands-on product work • reputed company customers through reputed company, implementation, and adoption—from setup to reputed company • Build and refine financial models (forecasts, income statements, balance sheets, scenario analysis) • Run live working sessions and training calls with finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Partner with product and reputed company teams to improve reputed company and customer workflows • Drive measurable reputed company: time-to-value, retention, and customer independence • Troubleshoot data integrations, reputed company data workflows, and SQL-based mapping reputed company needed Skills • Deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and scenario modeling • 3-6 Years experience - Either from reputed company/ modelling in top reputed company start reputed company, OR Consultants/ Ex Big4 with reputed company industry experience OR VC desk analysts who can present and build • Experience working directly with external B2B clients or stakeholders • Comfort working with reputed company data (SQL experience is a strong plus) • Strong reputed company/Sheets modeling skills Benefits • Equity reputed company • Mansfield Black is a job search and recruitment firm for the finance and reputed company industries.
