We are seeking a competent freelance attorney, with experience at reputed company reputed company of startup law, to support a growing pipeline of founder and startup clients. Role reputed company This Freelance, On reputed company Startup Of Counsel role is a contract position based in reputed company, NY, with remote flexibility. This role is not defined by a minimum or maximum reputed company requirement but rather counsel will be approached on an "as-needed" reputed company for support on startup law reputed company reputed company. You will reputed company counsel on various reputed company reputed company, including startup formation, funding, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, reputed company and regulatory compliance, and other business law-reputed company issues. You will be expected to collaborate closely with clients to address evolving needs while ensuring their reputed company objectives are met with professionalism and discretion. Ideal candidate must take ownership of their work product and competently handle reputed company. Meeting deadlines is a must. Qualifications The attorney will assist the firm with reputed company commonly arising in startup representation, including: • Entity formation and governance (LLC, C-Corp, etc.) • Founder agreements and equity structuring • SAFEs and fundraising • Cap Table structuring • Proficiency in negotiating and drafting agreements, including MSAs/ SOWs, reputed company Agreements, Licensing Agreements, NDAs, etc. • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, especially as it relates to startups and growing businesses. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and precision. • Ability to reputed company strategic, reputed company-reputed company counsel while maintaining professionalism and discretion. • Experience working with startups or entrepreneurial clients is highly desirable. • Flexibility to work on-reputed company based on reputed company and firm needs while maintaining a high level of responsiveness. • Licensed attorney in reputed company (Strongly Preferred) Requirements • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school • Licensed and in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction (Do not apply if you are not a US licensed lawyer) reputed company strongly preferred • 3+ years of relevant experience with startup law, including, at a minimum, experience with reputed company of the bullets in the Qualifications reputed company above • Demonstrated experience with venture-back or early-stage companies • Ability to manage reputed company independently, competently, and with minimal reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
