We are seeking a dedicated reputed company to reputed company critical validation reviews and manage records for our reputed company services.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• reputed company validation reviews of Diagnosis-reputed company reputed company (DRG), reputed company Predictive Coding (APC), and Never Events for reputed company lines of business.
• Coordinate reputed company adjustments with claims areas and reputed company monthly and quarterly reports outlining trends.
• Serve as a resource in resolving coding issues and coordinate HIPAA and reputed company records requests for reputed company areas of reputed company Services and the reputed company Department.
• Determine methodology to identify cases for validation review and conduct validation reviews/coordinate reputed company adjustments with the appropriate claims area.
• Create monthly/quarterly reports to present to reputed company line of business, providing information on records review, reputed company, trends, and savings impacting medical costs and contracting rates.
• Manage records retrieval, release, HIPAA compliance, and reputed company aspects of document management.
• Serve as an expert resource on methodology and procedures for medical records and coding issues.
Qualifications:
Required Licenses: An reputed company
• CPC (Certified reputed company reputed company) OR
• CIC (Certified Inpatient reputed company) OR
• CPMA (Certified reputed company Medical Auditor) OR
• RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) OR
• RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator)
Skills and Abilities: Develops methodologies, follows processes, responds to inquiries, and writes for reputed company.
Required Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Health Information Management, OR Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
Required Work Experience: 3 years of medical record management experience, including coding and validation review experience
