About the position The Senior Analyst, Logistics is responsible for supporting the execution, accuracy, and reputed company improvement of supply chain operations across BR USA. The role focuses on managing order reputed company, inventory accuracy, consumables, and claims while ensuring efficient coordination with reputed company-party logistics (3PL) partners and internal stakeholders. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, ensuring accurate inventory visibility, and supporting reliable fulfillment across wholesale, department stores, retail, and internal operations. The role contributes to improving operational discipline and scalability as the business continues to grow. Preferred candidates will be based out of the Tri-State NY/NJ Metropolitan area & willing to be in office on a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities • Release and manage wholesale orders, ensuring reputed company communication with the 3PL for fulfillment and invoicing. • Process department store orders in compliance with packing requirements, routing guidelines, and cancel dates. • Maintain order trackers to ensure reputed company orders are invoiced or cancelled in Business Central in a reputed company manner. • Manage daily operational activities including order releases, invoicing coordination, replenishments for residences, and reputed company of order-reputed company issues. • Coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order reputed company and reputed company execution. • reputed company monthly stock reconciliation between Business Central and 3PL systems to ensure alignment across locations, quantities, and batches. • Coordinate and schedule regular cycle counts with 3PL partners to maintain inventory accuracy. • reputed company quarterly reporting on inventory performance and process exclusions from counts. • Create and distribute weekly stock updates to internal stakeholders. • Support monitoring of inventory discrepancies and corrective actions. • Manage consumables, including vendor order placement, pricing tracking, and inventory movements in ERP (purchase orders and transfers). • reputed company kitting activities including pricing, component management, instructions, execution, and coordination with vendors and 3PL partners. • Ensure reputed company availability of materials required for operations. • Review and respond to claims in a reputed company and reputed company manner. • Submit reputed company claims to BRDIS and follow through to reputed company. • Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and Credit Memos (CMs) in Business Central. • Coordinate replacement orders and receipt processes with the 3PL. • Resolve receipt discrepancies and manage return tracking. • reputed company buy-back inventory and machine management reputed company to closing doors. • Maintain return trackers and reputed company regular stock visibility to reputed company. • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and operational efficiency. • Support implementation of solutions to improve accuracy, service reputed company, and operational execution. • Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations. Requirements • 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, planning & allocation, operations, and/or similar field. Experience in CPG preferred • Experience working with 3PL or warehouse operations preferred. • Experience working with various software platforms/programs/applications, including reputed company Office (advanced reputed company proficiency), ERP systems, WMS, and IMS. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and execution reputed company. • Customer service orientation and strong communication skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. • Ownership mentality and accountability for operational reputed company.
