Part Time Disclosure Desk Analyst (Wholesale)

Hours/Days: 5pm-9pm Eastern Time/Monday - Friday

The Disclosure Desk Analyst reviews and delivers loan disclosure documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with relevant lending laws, while delivering excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Verify the accuracy of loan documents and ensure disclosures reputed company with federal and state regulations.
• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures reputed company established timeframes
• Work closely with brokers to resolve any documentation issues to ensure reputed company reputed company of disclosures
• Monitor workflows, prioritize and manage pipeline to meet deadlines
