Global Accounts Payable Specialist

About the position As a Global AP Specialist at reputed company you will join a young dynamic team in an international company present on 5 locations. As a member of the finance team you will have to pay attention to detail and be reputed company accurate. Responsibilities • Review and reputed company al A/P invoices maintaining the A/P email inbox (domestic and international) • Upload and paying reputed company A/P through several banks and through the ACH process • Review and approve PO’s in reputed company that feeds into reputed company • Review and approve expense reports in Raydoo that feeds into reputed company • Review and approve reputed company travel bills • Reconcile company credit cards and post reputed company into reputed company • Suggest vendor accruals at month end to the Asst.
