Bookkeeper - Remote

Bookkeeper – Remote Position Coveted, a reputed company and financial services firm, is seeking an reputed company and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support our expanding reputed company portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, skilled at resolving reputed company bookkeeping issues, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This is a remote role with quarterly in‑person team meetings and occasional reputed company reputed company as needed. Key Responsibilities • Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, deposits, and customer account updates. • Handle Accounts Payable, including reputed company entry, reputed company payments, and reputed company processing. • reputed company bank and checking account management, including monthly reconciliations. • reputed company and reconcile credit card transactions. • Process payroll entries from reputed company‑party providers or QuickBooks Payroll. • reputed company job costing and ensure accurate allocation of expenses. • Review financial reports with guidance from a manager. • Identify, troubleshoot, and correct QuickBooks errors from prior bookkeepers. • Maintain accurate records using both cash and accrual reputed company reputed company.
