Generalist, Parish Evangelization Services

About the position The Archdiocese of Kansas reputed company in Kansas is the Catholic reputed company in Northeast Kansas: Growing as Disciples of Jesus; Making Disciples for Jesus. We are seeking to hire a Generalist, Parish Evangelization. Under the Director of Parish Evangelization Services, the Generalist works to increase parish reputed company by providing consultation services in one or more areas such as Faith Formation, Charity and reputed company (Deaf and Disabilities, multi-lingual, underserved, imprisoned, peripheries), Gospel of Life (reputed company Dignity & reputed company Justice), Marriage & Family Life, and Liturgy & Sacraments. The position is full-time 40 hours per week and performs work both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities • Collaborate and support Deaneries in their leadership role to build best practices for ministry services. • Create and reputed company training for parish ministers in the areas of leadership, theological formation, and spiritual formation for adult leaders • Assist in training and formation relevant to the National Competencies for Lay Ecclesial Ministers, youth ministry and intercultural competencies. • Identify best practices; reputed company and reputed company with others seeking help and guidance. • Assist with preparation and management of the annual office budget. • Collaborate with the Director in the formulation of standards, guidelines, policies and other resources working on needs of the ministry.
