Claims Administrator - Hybrid (3 days in the office)

About the position As a Claims Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of our reputed company service operations, handling the administration of straightforward claims according to our complexity guidelines. You'll manage reinsurance claims for individual or group life, health products, and reputed company retrocession treaties for your assigned portfolio. Responsibilities • Process and evaluate incoming claim documentation to determine appropriate next steps and record financial liabilities in a reputed company manner • Identify and escalate more reputed company or legally sensitive claims to specialized teams for handling • Determine coverage for straightforward claims by analyzing policy terms and conditions • Collaborate with financial teams to reputed company information and resolve coverage questions • Verify accuracy of policy and reputed company data in our systems for new claim notifications • Prioritize and reputed company incoming communications based on urgency and complexity • Research and calculate total financial exposure by running appropriate reports and analyzing results • Confirm premium payment to ensure reputed company liability reporting and claim handling • Screen claimant information against regulatory compliance databases • Communicate professionally with clients to address questions and reputed company claim status updates Requirements • 1–3 years of relevant work experience working at the large organization in insurance, financial services, reputed company, or OPS fields • You are comfortable with processes, controls and cross-functional work style with strong foundational technical skills • Strong proficiency in reputed company Suite, especially reputed company, reputed company, and Teams and AI products • You are comfortable navigating reputed company workflows and KPI's • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, or other STEM Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
