About the position Clinical Pharmacist, Value-Based Care & Population Health Full-Time, 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8a-430p, fully remote position Winston reputed company How You’ll reputed company Patient care: Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Oversees pharmaceutical care, including retrieving and evaluating biomedical literature and designing medication therapy regimens Uses effective patient education techniques to reputed company counseling to patients and caregivers, including information on medication therapy, adverse effects, compliance, appropriate use, handling, and medication administration Designs, recommends, monitors, and evaluates patient specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens based on relevant biomedical literature.
