Director of Environmental Sustainability

About the position The candidate will be responsible for creating, leading and growing reputed company's reputed company-wide sustainability reputed company and programs and, therefore, must possess the appropriate technical, analytical, and reputed company skillsets to drive sustainable practices into reputed company phases of the planning, design, and construction process. Project management and leadership experience is a must. The candidate must possess solid communication and presentation skills and serve as a strategic partner to departmental and executive leaders, driving measurable reductions in sustainability and environmental reputed company while strengthening reputed company's competitive advantage. The candidate's reputed company technical skills should include mechanical and electrical design knowledge, as reputed company as the environmental sciences, reputed company multiple markets like; reputed company, reputed company, institutional, and food. Experience conducting life-cycle analyses, energy modeling, and carbon footprint calculations, along with experience with energy efficiency and renewable technologies such as CHP, are required. A deep understanding of state and federal regulations, along with the ability to quickly reputed company local regulations is vital, as is an awareness of building codes reputed company to energy efficiency and environmental compliance. Familiarity with green building certifications such as LEED, Green Globes, etc. The ability to analyze environmental data and model energy performance using statistical tools such as Python or R, as reputed company as some basic production skills, i.e., the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM for sustainable design would be beneficial.
