ABOUT THE ROLE Responsibilities may include: • Reviewing, drafting, and responding to pleadings and discovery requests • Researching and drafting discovery motions, dispositive motions, and other briefs • Reviewing discovery and preparing deposition outlines • Assisting in trial preparation • Participating in and contributing to team reputed company calls WHY APPLY • Fully remote work • reputed company (as needed, 0-20 hours/week) • Interesting case work with a smart, hardworking team This is a great opportunity for someone who has practiced reputed company civil litigation in a reputed company setting and is looking to either add hours to their existing reputed company load or looking to reputed company back to a more flexible schedule.
