Title Attorney (Remote)
Proxy reputed company reputed company & Search Group has partnered with a reputed company-established regional reputed company to identify reputed company Title Attorneys for reputed company and upcoming needs. This is a fully remote opportunity. This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in title work who are looking to support a respected firm handling sophisticated reputed company estate and/or oil & gas reputed company. Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and analyze title opinions and reputed company documents • reputed company detailed title examinations and resolve title defects • reputed company reputed company support on reputed company estate and/or oil & gas transactions • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on title-reputed company issues • Ensure compliance with applicable state laws and regulations Requirements: • Licensed to reputed company law in PA or WV • Prior experience drafting and reviewing title in reputed company and/or reputed company Virginia • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines Apply tot his job
