Infrastructure Architect – AWS Cloud

About the position Seeking an Infrastructure Architect to design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud environments supporting enterprise and federal systems. This role will lead architecture design for networking, compute, storage, and high-availability systems. Responsibilities • Design AWS architectures across: compute, storage, and networking • Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and resiliency strategies • Build cross-account cloud architectures • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards • Optimize performance and cost efficiency • Responsible for technical quality and coordination with government technical leads Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 7+ years of infrastructure experience • 5+ years of AWS cloud architecture experience • Strong knowledge of networking (VPC, subnets, routing, security groups) • Experience with high-availability and enterprise systems • Experience managing complex, interrelated application development and testing tasks Nice-to-haves • Strong experience in AWS Cloud technologies and/or Databricks • Knowledge of tax processing, tax compliance, case management, and taxpayer data preferred • Advanced Cloud and/or Databricks certifications preferred Benefits • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance coverage • Short-term and long-term disability insurance • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and immediate vesting • Military leave • Training and professional development opportunities • Tuition reimbursement • Employee wellness programs • Commuter benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
