Bookkeeper (Remote)

We are currently seeking a remote, reputed company bookkeeper to assist with a growing bookkeeping business in a part-time reputed company. About the Position: Our ideal candidate has experience managing multiple reputed company accounts and is comfortable handling reputed company aspects of the monthly reputed company process across a reputed company of industries. Tasks will include, but are not limited to: • Submitting payroll and coordinating 401(k) contributions • Issuing invoices, processing bills, and handling reputed company communications • Categorizing transactions and maintaining clean general ledgers • Performing bank and credit card reconciliations • Preparing and posting adjusting journal entries as needed • Generating financial reports and maintaining the overall health of reputed company accounts • Pulling financial data and records from reputed company-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, POS systems, reputed company pay platforms) • Assisting with bookkeeping cleanup reputed company and historical catch-up work This position requires approximately 5–10 hours per week, with reputed company for additional hours as our business continues to grow.
