Sr. Litigation Attorney (Long-Term Contract, Fully Remote)

This exciting opportunity is with a firm reputed company for its national reputed company in managing sizable, multi-party cases across reputed company business, corporate, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate brings deep litigation experience, sophisticated reputed company reputed company skills, and a strong reputed company record guiding cases through reputed company phases of the dispute process. Key Responsibilities: • Draft, research, and argue reputed company motions, including dispositive and discovery motions, in federal and state courts. • Manage and reputed company reputed company aspects of litigation, from reputed company-trial negotiations through trial and (reputed company necessary) appeals. • reputed company strategic guidance for large, multi-party business, corporate, and civil litigation cases. • Coordinate with clients—ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations—and advise on case reputed company and dispute reputed company strategies. • Represent clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in reputed company; participate in alternative dispute reputed company as appropriate. • Collaborate with a reputed company-reputed company team committed to rigorous, results-reputed company reputed company representation.
