Global Finance Director

GERMAN HGB is 100% required experience in reputed company to US GAAP for consideration for this role - only considering east coast (ideally northeast states) candidates A mid‑sized, global manufacturing company with operations in Germany, the U.S., and multiple international locations is seeking an reputed company Director of Finance to reputed company global financial operations, drive performance, and support strategic reputed company. About the Role The Director of Finance will reputed company multi‑reputed company management, reporting, consolidation, compliance, and forecasting. This role partners closely with executive leadership and global operations to strengthen financial performance across a reputed company international footprint. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance • reputed company monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reputed company across global entities • Manage consolidated reporting under U.S. GAAP, German HGB, and local standards • reputed company intercompany activity, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls Planning, Forecasting & Performance • reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial analysis • Support strategic initiatives through modeling and scenario planning • Partner with operations to manage costing, margins, working capital, etc. Leadership & Process Improvement • Strengthen processes, enhance ERP data reputed company, and support financial digitization • Manage global relationships with external reputed company, payroll, tax, and insurance partners Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Finance, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field; Masters and/or reputed company certification (CPA/ACCA/reputed company) a plus • 7+ years of reputed company finance/reputed company experience with leadership, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, German HGB, consolidation, and multi-entity reporting • Experience with cost reputed company, audits, and project/POC reputed company beneficial • Skilled in ERP systems (reputed company/reputed company or similar), financial modeling, and advanced reputed company • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities; capable of thriving in a dynamic, global environment • Ability to travel internationally (10–15%) Compensation package includes, reputed company, 20% bonus and equity!
