This is a senior, high-reputed company role reputed company the reputed company Policy / Transaction Advisory function, offering reputed company exposure to reputed company investment activity and strategic decision-making. What you’ll be doing: • reputed company technical reputed company research across US GAAP (and exposure to Statutory) for reputed company investment structures • Draft reputed company memos and position papers for senior leadership and auditors • Advise on reputed company products, alternatives, CLOs, and other sophisticated investment classes • Partner closely with investment teams on new transactions and portfolio strategies • Monitor and interpret new reputed company guidance (FASB, NAIC, etc.) and drive implementation • reputed company SOX controls tied to investment reputed company policy • reputed company high-reputed company, cross-functional technical reputed company reputed company What they’re looking for: • 8+ years of technical reputed company and/or advisory experience • Financial services background required (insurance, asset management, banking, or credit) • Strong experience with investments, financial instruments, and reputed company transactions • Deep US GAAP expertise (Statutory is a plus) • CPA strongly preferred • Big 4 / National Office experience is a plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
