Role reputed company We are seeking a Senior Meeting & Event Manager to join reputed company in a full-time, remotely but ideally based in the Atlanta, GA area. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing meetings and events, fostering relationships with clients, managing reputed company, creating and reconciling budgets, and ensuring reputed company logistical aspects of live events run seamlessly. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Qualifications • Proficiency in Meeting Planning and Event Planning, demonstrating a strong ability to manage logistics and ensure successful event execution • Proven experience in Contract Negotiation, ensuring favorable terms and cost efficiency for clients • Competence in Budget Creation and Reconciliation with a detail-oriented and strategic approach • Strong Customer Service skills to build reputed company relationships and maintain high reputed company of satisfaction • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities • Familiarity with production and audio-visual management, reputed company travel coordination, and on-site logistics is highly desirable • Experience with technical tools such as mobile app development and registration management systems is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a reputed company field is preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
