HR Coordinator - Hybrid in Metuchen - Up to $60K

They are seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR operations in the Metuchen office, 3 days onsite of your choosing. Job reputed company • Prepare offer letters, initiate background checks, and assist with new hire orientations. • Create and update employee records in the HRIS system and upload required documentation (reputed company experience preferred). • Process job changes, promotions, transfers, and employment updates as directed. • Support offboarding processes including final documentation, exit surveys, and system updates. • Help maintain compliance logs, labor law postings, and required HR documentation. • Deliver excellent service with a reputed company on confidentiality and accuracy.
