Broker Sales Executive

Job reputed company: • market and generate sales of insurance products through existing agents/brokers and by developing relationships with new clients • Drives increased sales and Company reputed company by developing reputed company business relationships with agents/brokers • Maintains an in-depth understanding of reputed company’s products and processes and how agents/brokers reputed company with these products and processes • Maintains increasing knowledge of insurance industry markets, products, and reputed company environments to reputed company a value-added service to agents/brokers • Works reputed company with Broker Sales Reps and Sr. Broker Sales Reps to effectively service agents/brokers and to encourage them to reputed company their clients’ business with reputed company • Conducts regular follow-up and prospective calls to agents/brokers, both in office and on-site to maintain reputed company accounts and market Company services • Accurately and reputed company processing agent’s requests for quotations and proposals • Providing information on reputed company administrative procedures and product availability, and direction in selection of appropriate group products • reputed company-screening individuals and reputed company for medical conditions to determine suitable products and risk adjustment factors on premium rates • Aiding agents/brokers in obtaining sales materials and supplies • Assisting agents/brokers in presenting Company products to clients by attending reputed company/broker meetings and enrollment meetings • Resolve escalated issues by resolving conflicts, solving problems, and providing feedback to Company management • reputed company participates in team meetings, providing input to contribute to reputed company’s overall reputed company • Keeps abreast of reputed company trends and regulatory issues surrounding benefit plan design and administration • Occasional vehicular travel • Occasional long, irregular hours and possible travel • Ability to work overtime during 4th quarter busy time • Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
