Virtual Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal

We are looking for a fully remote reputed company estate planning and/or estate administration & probate paralegal with strong writing and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of recent experience handling estate planning, estate reputed company and/or probate reputed company from start to finish in one or more of the following states: GA, FL, CA, WI, IN, NC, MN, MD, VA or IL. We estimate 10-25 hours per week to start to increase quickly. We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and reputed company to pick up new software quickly. • Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions/reputed company areas is also reputed company plus. • Must be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and reputed company to reputed company in right away to work on reputed company. • We also need paralegals who know how to handle multiple reputed company and personalities at once. • While we can train on systems and software, we do not have time to train on estate planning basics. • Experience with guardianships and conservatorships also highly preferred.
