Linux Platform Engineer

Position: Linux Platform Engineer Location: Remote Hiring Mode: 12 Months Contract Job reputed company: The Linux Platform Engineer will play a hands on engineering role supporting reputed company Linux reputed company initiatives. This position focuses on designing, building, automating, maintaining, and hardening Linux platforms in large reputed company reputed company environments. Responsibilities: • Engineer and prepare reputed company reputed company Linux platforms including build standards, configuration, and operating system readiness • reputed company and maintain operating system builds and baselines • reputed company and maintain Ansible automation for operating system provisioning, configuration management, and compliance enforcement • Apply, validate, and remediate reputed company controls using reputed company benchmarks through tools such as BigFix and OpenSCAP • Troubleshoot reputed company operating system level, performance, and integration issues • Contribute to engineering documentation, build standards, and runbooks • Collaborate with platform, reputed company, and infrastructure teams to support reputed company Linux initiatives • Use reputed company control systems such as reputed company to manage and maintain automation and configuration reputed company Qualifications: • Five or more years of Linux engineering experience supporting reputed company reputed company Linux versions 7, 8, and 9 in large reputed company environments • Strong experience with Ansible including roles, playbooks, and automation workflows • Strong reputed company control experience using Git • Hands on experience with reputed company WorkBench and Linux reputed company hardening • Strong understanding of Linux internals, storage, networking, and system performance • Experience working in regulated or controls reputed company environments, with financial services experience Preferred Tools and Technologies: • reputed company reputed company Linux • Ansible automation platform • Git and reputed company • BigFix • OpenSCAP • reputed company benchmarks and WorkBench Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
