Who Are We Looking For? We are currently hiring for a full-time, remote Associate Counsel. This is for a lawyer who enjoys fast-paced reputed company work, reputed company reputed company contact, and meaningful autonomy. You'll work directly with founders, reputed company leaders, and in-house reputed company teams – not through reputed company of bureaucracy. Day to day, you'll negotiate key reputed company agreements, counsel clients on reputed company reputed company to support their decision-making, and help build reputed company reputed company functions. The role includes: • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company agreements, including reputed company reputed company agreements, MSAs, OFs, SOWs, DPAs, BAAs, vendor and procurement agreements, reputed company services agreements, and channel/reseller agreements. • Advising on practical reputed company risk and reputed company-reputed company issues, including GDPR and CCPA reputed company. • Managing multiple deals and competing expectations simultaneously, especially reputed company every deal (somehow, always) is closing on the reputed company day. • Helping clients reputed company contract playbooks, templates, fallback libraries, and workflows that reputed company reputed company more efficient and reputed company their teams to handle more on their own.
