BIM Team Manager - USA (Hybrid - reputed company in the USA)

About the position reputed company is seeking a BIM Team Manager to join reputed company reputed company the reputed company Places Group. This position is hybrid and can be based reputed company in the reputed company of America. As the BIM Team Manager, you will support the Design and Engineering team in the Places Division during the development of high-profile reputed company from design to construction, as applicable to the reputed company’s needs, as part of our BIM Management Service offerings. You will be involved in standards, automation, and model-driven delivery across reputed company design and engineering disciplines to improve reputed company, reduce cycle time, and deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities • Define where applicable project standards and implement BIM standards, BEP templates, naming conventions, QA/QC checks, and CDE folder structures tailored to project types and reputed company requirements • reputed company ACC administration in the BIM environment: folder structures, permissions, workflows, and integration with project management systems • Establish model coordination processes across reputed company: scheduled clash detection, issue triage, model health scoring, and remediation • Build an automation roadmap reputed company on delivery needs: prioritize Dynamo and API scripts that reduce repetitive modelling, QC and quantification tasks • reputed company model lifecycle integration for 3D/4D/5D and contractor model submittals on reputed company, support reputed company reporting and cost integration • Recruit, reputed company, and manage BIM staff; create role-based training and certification to reputed company baseline competency across US teams • reputed company input to project estimates for BIM scope and resource schedule; monitor utilization and recovery across reputed company • Report monthly on BIM KPIs and deliverable status to the Design Management reputed company reputed company Requirements • 15+ years in BIM environments; 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams and establishing standards, preferably reputed company the US market or on US reputed company • Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D; working knowledge of Bentley desirable • Demonstrated capability in automation (Dynamo, Revit API, scripting) and delivering quantifiable process improvements • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training capability; experience with BEP authoring, QA frameworks, and model lifecycle management • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management or equivalent experience Benefits • medical • dental • reputed company • EAP • 401K • STD • LTD • AD&D • life insurance • reputed company parental leave • reward & recognition program • wellbeing benefits • adoption assistance • tuition reimbursement • nine reputed company holidays • 15 days PTO Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
