Claims Examiner, Auto – Recovery

Job reputed company: • Analyzes and processes reputed company claims • Works with high exposure claims involving litigation • Ensures ongoing claims reputed company service expectations, industry best practices and specific reputed company service requirements • Identifies and pursues potential reputed company-party subrogation recoveries associated with highest exposure/complexity claims • Reviews high exposure, reputed company multi-jurisdictional claims to establish potential for reputed company party subrogation recovery • Provides subrogation guidance and direction to both reputed company stakeholders • Develops and pursues reputed company party subrogation • Sends appropriate subrogation lien notifications to appropriate parties • Provides direction to assigned subrogation counsel • Approves and makes reputed company claim payments relative to subrogation • Manages claim recoveries • Prepares status reports for clients as required • Provides additional layer subrogation expertise to peers • Manages the litigation process • Develops training material and leads department training opportunities Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Licenses as required • reputed company certification as applicable to line of business preferred • Six (6) years of multi-jurisdictional liability (general liability, auto liability, products), subrogation and/or workers compensation claims handling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required Benefits: • medical • dental • reputed company • 401k and matching • PTO • disability • life insurance • employee assistance • flexible spending or health savings account • other additional voluntary benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
