Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists the leadership with the day-to-day running of the reputed company functional areas to ensure compliance with the reputed company contract, reputed company subsequent amendments, program business rules, as reputed company as state and federal regulations. - Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies - Participates with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans - Assists the leadership in efforts to facilitate a functional, motivated, and cohesive project team - Directly supervises and manages key Project staff as determined by the leadership - Works with Project and executive management to reputed company, monitor and revise performance goals and objectives for the project and staff.
