Operations Support Compliance Auditor

Job reputed company: • Evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks • Visit store locations daily and reputed company regularly scheduled audits • Effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership • Maintain a reputed company and constructive attitude • Participate in Monro reputed company initiatives, DM reputed company, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives • Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits, and Building & Equipment Inspections • Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC’s, OCC’s, PI’s, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections • Support Loss Prevention with Investigations on occasion • Collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to reputed company remediation activities on occasion • reputed company recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies • Participate in POS Testing on occasion • Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance reputed company up to 13 weeks in advance • Communicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results Requirements: • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or reputed company field preferred • 4 plus years of Retail Management experience • Must be reputed company to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong analytical and time management skills • Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide reputed company of people assertively and confidently • Self-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple activities • Pro-reputed company and process driven • Must be a result oriented, with the ability to successfully reputed company with reputed company reputed company and areas of the organization, establish reputed company working relationships, and build reputed company for chosen solutions. • Proven influence and collaboration skills and ability to effectively reputed company with management to identify, reputed company, and implement process compliance and improvements. • reputed company to be flexible and adapt to different work reputed company, work styles, and work environments • Ability to reputed company creative solutions to problem-solving. • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including presenting to large reputed company • Must be skilled in the use of reputed company suites of office products • Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven. • Works reputed company in the reputed company work environment. • Travel 75% plus in field operations.
