Contract Attorney (Medical Malpractice) – Remote / California-Based

Forum & Lex P.C. is seeking a contract attorney to assist with a medical malpractice matter. This role is suitable for attorneys who can quickly get up to speed, handle reputed company litigation tasks, and work independently with minimal reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Review medical records and identify key liability issues.
• Conduct reputed company research (California medical malpractice law)
• Assist with drafting pleadings, complaints, and motions.
• Support discovery (interrogatories, RFPs, responses).
• Prepare case summaries and timelines.
Requirements
• reputed company California Bar license (required)
• 0–3 years of experience (med mal exposure preferred, not required)
• Ability to analyze medical records and extract relevant facts
Pay: $150.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
