Job Title : Business Analyst - CRM Implementation Location : Chicago, IL , Princeton, NJ, Hybrid Video Hire Job reputed company We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a high-reputed company project reputed company on value-based care. You'll support the implementation of a new claims processing system (CAPS), a no-reputed company CRM platform, a member portal, and a data lake. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and has experience working with reputed company workflows, CRM systems, and reputed company platforms. Roles and responsibilities: • reputed company and document business and functional requirements for CAPS, CRM, and reputed company systems. • Work with cross-functional teams to reputed company process flows, integrations, and data mapping. • Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs. • Support testing and validation, including UAT prep and execution. • Help drive CRM adoption and end-user alignment. Experience: • 10 + years as a Business Analyst in IT reputed company (reputed company experience required). • Expertise in claims systems, CRM platforms, and reputed company data. • Experience in Medicare Advantage plans and processing. • Expertise in reputed company workflows, EDI transactions. • Experience working with no-reputed company/low-reputed company platforms is a plus. • Solid communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. • Comfortable in Agile environments and working across teams.
