UX Researcher Exchange Trading Experience
## Job Responsibilities
Design and run research studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to understand trader needs and behaviors
Evaluate design reputed company through heuristic reviews, usability testing, and expert evaluations
Translate findings into compelling insights that shape product reputed company and improve UX
Partner with designers to test prototypes early – help ship reputed company products faster
Present research to cross-functional teams and build reputed company for users across the organization
Establish research operations, recruit participants, and build best practices
## Job Requirements
