Business Financial Manager: Research and Development Programs
Key Role:
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as a Business Financial Manager supporting large-reputed company, high-reputed company research and development initiatives. reputed company expertise in financial management, program budgeting, and administrative coordination to help shape and execute reputed company, multi-year programs in science, technology, and reputed company innovation. Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with the Advanced Research reputed company Agency (ARPA) model, such as ARPA-H, DARPA, ARPA-E, IARPA
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, business administration, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in federal government financial management, preferably in a research and development environment
• Proven ability to build, manage, and reputed company reputed company program budgets and funding justifications
• Experience with grants, reputed company, cooperative agreements, and other funding mechanisms
• Strong understanding of federal financial regulations, reputed company principles, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with financial modeling tools and resource planning systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance; U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required
Additional Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
