Private Equity FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst – Private Equity/Portfolio Finance Location: Candidate must be Atlanta based- Fully Remote WFH Pay: $85,000 – $115,000 base + bonus Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week Employment type: Direct-hire, permanent Our client is a high-growth data and analytics firm that partners directly with private equity-backed companies. They specialize in delivering actionable insights, scalable reporting solutions, and strategic finance support that drives performance across portfolio companies. What sets them apart is their hands-on partnership model and exposure to a wide range of industries and business challenges. They are looking for you, an experienced FP&A Analyst, to join their team in a direct hire capacity. This role is ideal for candidates coming from Big 4 advisory, consulting environments, or strong corporate FP&A teams, who are looking to gain broader exposure across multiple businesses and work more closely with leadership and investors. What You Get To Do • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting • Perform variance analysis and deliver insights on business performance • Support P&L reporting and management reporting packages • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders on financial initiatives • Create dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools What You Need To Succeed • Only open to candidates with between 1–5 years of FP&A, consulting, or finance-related experience • Background in Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG), consulting, or fast-paced corporate finance environments highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, formulas) • Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan is a plus • Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders What’s In It For You • Competitive base salary + performance bonus • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) • Generous PTO + paid holidays • Direct exposure to private equity-backed companies and leadership teams • Fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong career advancement • Fully remote, but candidates should be located in or near Atlanta, GA Apply now!
