Freelance Graphic Designer

THE ROLE We are looking for a middle-level or strong junior Graphic Designer to support the creation of ongoing marketing materials. This is a part-time freelance role with a consistent workload and the opportunity for long-term collaboration (6+ months). You will support the marketing team with the production of marketing assets, primarily: • Designing PDF one-pagers (1–2 pages) • Creating and updating Google Slides presentations / sales decks • Updating existing PDFs with translated or revised text content • Applying existing brand guidelines and design system to ensure visual consistency This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role. WORKFLOW • All briefs and communication will be handled directly by the senior designer • Content will be provided in Google Docs • No illustrations are required • Designers will work with existing brand assets, including: • Design system • Fonts and color palette • Photo stock • Existing templates and marketing materials THE MUST-HAVES • Middle-level or strong junior Graphic Designer • Strong experience with marketing materials and presentations • Comfortable working with Google Slides and Figma • Detail-oriented and able to follow an existing design system • Reliable and comfortable working asynchronously with a remote team TOOLS & SOFTWARE • Figma (working with existing design systems and templates) • Google Slides (creating and updating presentations / sales decks) • Adobe Acrobat (adding hyperlinks into PDF files) • Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (basic editing when needed) ESTIMATED MONTHLY WORKLOAD The workload may vary slightly from month to month depending on priorities, but on average it includes: • 2–3 sales decks (~30 slides total) • 4–5 one-page PDFs • 0–1 two-page PDF • 5–6 PDF text updates/translations (replacing text in existing designs) TIME COMMITMENT (ESTIMATED) • 15 hours per week • 60 hours per month At Careerminds, we believe that diversity in thought and cultural background leads to better teams and stronger companies.
