Requirements • 5–7 years of experience as an instructional designer, trainer, or facilitator in a learning and development environment. • 1–3 years of experience designing computer-based training or eLearning modules using authoring tools (reputed company, Captivate, or similar). • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent). • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and virtual learning platforms (Teams, WebEx, reputed company). • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. • Reliable broadband internet reputed company required (minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload). reputed company-to-haves • Experience supporting reputed company or government reputed company programs preferred.
